Step 1: Print the New Agent Checklist

Step 2: Register for HCMS and Gateway Agent Portal

An Invite to Register for HCMS/Gateway was emailed to you.

*Submit contracting to 6 carriers:

Aetna, Americo, Corebridge, Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica and American Amicable.

Submit Contracting to Occidental only if you are Licensed in MA or NC.

*Contracting is submitted via Next Level Contracting (NLC).

To Access NLC: Log into the Gateway Agent Portal using the NLC link below

Hover over the 9 dots in the top right corner,

select the NLC and complete the steps required to submit contracting. 

The AML Enrollment Code is AML500.

 

To Submit Contracting:

Go to NLC 

Click the Blue +

Click New Contracting

Submit Each Request Individually to all  Available Carriers 

The requested OTP (One Time Passcode) will be emailed to you for each carrier

Step 3: Submit Contracting

via Next Level Contracting (NLC)

Step 4: Register for SureLC

Step 5:  Complete Solidity Training Series

Take a Screenshot of the Team's Weekly Training Schedule

on your phone and save it to your favorites.

that will be used for your Release Presentation.
Practice and print out the script above!

Step 6: Follow up with Carriers 

Call the carriers within 3 business days of submitting your contracting to check on the status of your contracting. 

The carrier can look up your Agent profile by your Social Security Number.

Step 7: Final Steps

-Create your Carrier Logins for EVERY Carrier

Create a Google Sheet

Log your carrier login information and Agent codes

for every carrier on the Google Sheet

 

-Do a Practice Application with Americo and Aetna

 

-Create a Schedule and Write Out Your Goals

 

-Connect with your Manager/Up-line to

 

-Prepare and Schedule your Release Presentation
